Your sign will arrive with your custom address etched into the sign. You simply need to decide where to mount your sign.
We provide an installation kit which is designed for permanent installation into timber, hebel and brick. For alternate installations we recommend using a construction adhesive such as Liquid Nails Fast Grab.

All orders are made to order and require a standard three-week lead time. This allows us to complete:

- Wiring and electrical integration (if applicable)
- Thorough electrical testing and quality assurance

Installation Guide
LED Light Installation Guide
Ensure you have all necessary tools and components before beginning:
Required tools: 6mm drill bit, drill, screwdriver, glass glue, hammer or rubber mallet.
Included components: LED light fixture, long screws, installation guide (numbers/letters)
Step 1: Position the Installation Drawings
Secure the provided installation template or drawings to the desired wall location using tape or adhesive.
Ensure the drawings are level and aligned according to your design plan—this will guide accurate hole placement.
Step 2: Drill Mounting Holes
Using a 6mm drill bit, drill holes at the marked points indicated on the drawings.
Drill to a depth suitable for the length of the provided screws (typically 30–50mm).
Step 3: Prepare the LED Fixture
Locate the screw ports on the back of the LED light.
Insert and tighten the long screws into these ports, leaving the heads exposed for wall mounting.
Step 4: Apply Adhesive to Wall Anchors

Inject glass glue or a suitable wall adhesive into each drilled hole.
This step enhances stability and long-term adhesion, especially on smooth or tiled surfaces.
Step 5: Mount the Fixture
Align the screws attached to the LED light with the drilled and glued holes.
Carefully insert each screw into its corresponding hole.
Tap gently with a rubber mallet or press firmly by hand to ensure the fixture is flush and secure.
How to Order
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
1. Choose the size and colour combination you want.
2. Add your details in the address sections, or choose your own custom text.
3. Add to cart
4. Choose your preferred payment option, including After pay.
5. For business orders, or custom designs, please send your artwork to us when you place the order via email at Bungalowsigns@outlook.com.
(To be able to print a clear pattern, please provide high-quality images. The images are required more than 1500*1500 pixels. Preferably a vector file in CDR, EPS, PDF format).
6. Your order will be sent to the design team who will review your purchase and design your signage.
7. Once the design has been finalised, your order will be added to the factory workflow where it will be cut on our commercial high quality metal fabrication or laser cut machinery.
8. Your order will be finalised, carefully packaged and shipped to your door

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, or access to the email address you ordered from.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return cost is to be covered by the customer and will be refunded if the return is accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
